Atticus Support: how to contact us and what we can do for you
For everyone · Updated September 30, 2026
Who to contact for what — your school, your IT tickets, or the Atticus team.
Students: start with your school
Your school owns your student record. Questions about grades, attendance, documents, tuition, or your enrollment should go to your school’s admissions or registrar office. If something in the portal is broken, you can report it from the portal and it lands in your school’s Tickets to IT queue.
School staff: Tickets to IT first
For day-to-day problems inside your school — a locked student login, a failed payment, a course that will not load — log a ticket in Tickets to IT so it gets a priority, an owner, and a resolution note.
When to contact the Atticus team
- Something in Atticus is not working the way this help center says it should.
- You need a configuration change — SAP thresholds, attendance rules, programs, documents required for enrollment.
- Integration issues with Moodle, Square, or DocuSign.
- Questions about your subscription, your tier, or adding modules.
Existing clients: sign in to the client portal and open a ticket from the IT Tickets tab — your advisor sees it immediately. Everyone else: use Submit a request.
