I keep getting signed out. What’s going on?

Sessions end for your protection. Here is how to avoid losing work.

Atticus holds student records protected by FERPA, so sessions end after a period of inactivity and when you close the browser on a shared computer. If you are signed out often:

Don’t use a private/incognito window for daily work — it discards your session when closed.
Allow cookies for your school’s Atticus address.
Finish and save long entries (intervention outcomes, ticket notes) before stepping away.
