Placement: verified outcomes that survive an audit
For career services & owners · Updated September 30, 2026
Recording placements, attaching evidence, and keeping your verification rate current.
Reported placements don’t count until they are verified — the same rule your accreditor applies, enforced by the software.
- Record the placement on the graduate’s record: employer, position, start date.
- Attach evidence — an offer letter, a pay stub, or an employer confirmation. It is hashed on upload.
- Mark it verified. Your verification rate updates immediately.
Verification sources supported include employer confirmation, FETPIP, National Student Clearinghouse StudentTracker, and The Work Number.
