How to read the dashboard home — the daily AI summary, pipeline, School Pulse score, and agent activity.
Overview is your school at a glance. Everything on it is computed from your actual records the moment the page opens.
Atticus AI
At the top, Atticus AI reads your registration data and tells you what needs attention today — by student name.
School Pulse
School Pulse is a score out of 100 built from four measures: attendance, collections, registration-file completeness, and SAP. Each measure has its own bar — teal is healthy (85 and up), amber needs watching (70–84), red needs action (below 70). The “Work on this today” panel names your two weakest areas with counts and a link straight to the screen that fixes them.
Registration pipeline and school health
Below the Pulse you see every applicant by stage, from first conversation to enrolled, and then cohorts, attendance, compliance status, and the at-risk watchlist.
Agent activity
Atticus agents run every morning — document chase, withdrawal clock, SAP cycle, and audit readiness. The activity panel shows what they did, which students they touched, and any open withdrawal clocks.
