Every student has one row on Students. Click a name and the complete file opens — everything your registrar and your auditor need, in one place.
What the file contains
- Identity and program.
- Documents, each with an integrity hash.
- Ledger — charges, payments, refunds.
- Policy acknowledgments.
- Enrollment agreements.
- Attendance, SAP evaluations, and interventions.
The audit trail
Every change to every field is logged: who changed it, when, the old value, and the new value. History can’t be edited after the fact.
Actions from the file
Send agreements, take payments, approve documents, and move status — with the rules enforced at every step.
