Compliance is computed live from your records — not a checklist somebody filled in.

What it checks

• Registration files and enrollment agreements.
• Policy acknowledgments.
• Attendance thresholds.
• SAP sign-offs.
• Interventions and withdrawals.
• Placements.

Each check is either green, or it tells you exactly what is wrong, which student, and where to fix it.

Audit findings

Every night the audit-readiness agent reconciles Moodle, Atticus, and Square and records findings — for example, no signed agreement, an incomplete file, a withdrawal without an LDA, attendance after withdrawal, no tuition charge, an overpayment, or an SAP evaluation unsigned for more than 7 days. Findings resolve themselves when the mismatch clears.
