Leads: every conversation, captured
For admissions staff · Updated September 30, 2026
Where inquiries land, how AI advisor conversations are recorded, and how to transfer a lead to a student record.
Leads is where future students first appear. Every inquiry your school receives lands here automatically — nothing is typed in twice.
What a lead contains
When someone chats with the Atticus advisor on your website — at lunch or at midnight — the full conversation is captured: name, program interest, phone, and the complete transcript. Open any lead to read it.
Lead status
Each lead carries a status from New to Enrolled, so you always know who is waiting on you and who went quiet.
Transfer a lead to a student
- Open the lead.
- Confirm the name, contact details, and program.
- Click Transfer. Atticus creates the student record, opens the file, and builds the registration checklist — nothing retyped.
