Tuition posts itself

Accept a student and tuition posts automatically from the program record.

Students pay through Square from their portal. Each payment reconciles into their ledger automatically, with the Square order reference attached.

Open the payment on the ledger or in the student file.
Click Refund and enter the amount and reason.
The refund goes back to the original card, documented and timestamped on the student record.
