- Leads — every prospect conversation captured verbatim with timestamps; one-click transfer to a student record.
- Students and cohorts — one file per student; seats count themselves.
- Attendance — take it in Atticus or sync from Moodle; LDA always current; 80% flag.
- SAP — computed from real attendance and Moodle grades; warning and probation outcomes; advisor signature locks the evaluation.
- Interventions — open automatically from flags; cannot close without a documented outcome.
- Compliance — the school through an examiner’s eyes; every check green or specific.
- Placement — verified-or-it-doesn’t-count outcomes with hashed evidence.
- Moodle — rosters, grades, and attendance in; accounts and enrollments out.
- Three tiers: Protected ($10/student), Operational ($25), Intelligent ($50); AtticusM add-on ($299/mo).
