- Review queue — Ready to enroll / Pending documents / Awaiting decision lanes; incomplete files cannot be enrolled.
- Agreements — versioned enrollment-agreement templates, merge-and-send through DocuSign, executed PDF hash-sealed into the student file.
- Student portal — sign in with application email and date of birth; upload documents; acknowledge policies; pay with Square.
- Ledger — tuition posts on acceptance; Square payments reconcile automatically; one-click refunds.
- Licensing board — every obligation with due date, countdown, and status.
